Most people wouldn’t want to admit to
being a cook in the Marine Corps. For me it was the starting point of a life-long love.
The training and experience I received, added with the master
expertise learned from my grandmother, gave me the ability and talent
to be really good at what I do.
The discipline and attention to detail that every Marine learns
applies to my cooking and catering. I plan my catering events from
the viewpoint of the guest. I focus on what I would expect if it
were me attending the special occasion, or meeting, and what would
make me feel pampered and satisfied.
There’s very little I can’t or won’t make, so if you have a
favorite dish, ask me about it. And size doesn’t matter. I can
handle any occasion with as few as 10 guests or as many as 250 or
more.
